Biography Aaron Groom was born in Fiji and has played with the Sea Eagles from Harold Matthews level through to Premier League and was a member of their fulltime squad in 2007.

The 20-year-old has impressive speed and agility along with that creative spark. Bulldogs coach Steve Folkes commented; "Aaron was outstanding in a losing side when our Premier League team beat the Sea Eagles in 2007."

"He has good pace and the ability to play a number of key positions including half back, five eighth and hooker which made him an attractive package to us."

Aaron started the 2008 season in the NSW Cup before receiving the call up to play halfback in first grade against the Titans on May 16 at Skilled Park after Ben Roberts was ruled out injured.
