In 1994, Brett started the season in first grade playing centre but returned to the wing. He was relegated for
Jason Williams and became a regular member of the reserve grade team and played in the Semi-Final against
St George.
In 1995, Brett started the season in first grade. After being relegated mid-season for
Jason Williams, Brett returned to first grade when
Jason Williams was injured and played in the Preliminary Final against
Canberra.
A hamstring injury prevented Brett from playing in the Premiership winning team against
Manly a week later.
In 1996, Brett joined
North Sydney to play 57 games from 1996 to 1999.
In 2000, Brett joined Wigan for a successful career and retired from the game at the end of 2006 season.
