In 1991, Paul joined
Penrith to play 34 games from 1991 to 1992. He played in the Premiership winning team against
Canberra.
In 1993, Paul joined
Parramatta to play 60 games from 1993 to 1995 before returning to Easts (
Roosters) in 1996 to close his playing career.
Paul was Chief Executive of
South Sydney in 2002 when the club re-entered the competition.
In 2004, Paul was nominated for the Berries to Bulldogs 70 Year Team of Champions and is currently on the Football Club board.
