Biography Henry Tatana played eight Tests for New Zealand and played in the 1968 World Cup as a goal kicking prop forward.

In 1972, Henry joined Canterbury and started the season in first grade against St George but was relegated when Ron Raper returned from injury.

Henry became a regular member of the reserve grade team but was often used as a first grade replacement.

He was relegated to third grade to play in the Grand Final against St George.

In 1973, Henry started the season in first grade and became a regular member of the team, playing in the Preliminary Semi-Final against Newtown.
